Summary: It was a great experience. The hotel was clean with a spacious lobby. The room was big and clean. Great location near all.

Summary: Loud banging all night from room above. Complained to desk. Hair blow dryer didnt work. Waited over an hour for a new one. No coffee left in room on day 3. Went to lobby. Told they were closed on Mondays. Had to drive to a gas station for morning coffee. Halls need to be upgraded. 2nd time here, wont be back

Summary: The hotel was overall old and not the cleanest. Definitely needs to be updated. My thermostat in the room also did not work

Summary: The room #148 was very dark. Had to ask for a lamp for the desk. No safe in the room. My grandson was in room #231, he left his soccer hat in the room at checkout, called the hotel at 1:00pm that day and they said they would check with housekeeping. My grandson never got his new Chelsea soccer hat back. I checked with the desk that night and the following day, no hat. Not happy about that

Summary: This hotel is in serious need of a renovation but overall, the price reflects the condition. It was clean, comfortable and staff was friendly and responsive.

Summary: Air conditioning spewed cold, wet air and was difficult to adjust. Bathroom fan did not work. The whole place smelled faintly of smoke. Hairs on sheets upon entering a "clean" room. This hotel is very old and outdated and in need of a major renovation.

Summary: At first glance everything in the hotel looks good. The staff were nice and everything appeared cleanly. When I woke up early in the morning, I noticed bugs in the room that appeared to be roaches. They were around the elecrical devices and climbing up the bed frame. I only stayed one night in general due to enjoying the fourth of July .
